Co-authored with Sunny Sen, the book, according to Suhel Seth, is an “…attempt to involve, inspire and incite, not to instruct the people.”
Suhel Seth was in his acerbic best as he played out to the gallery with his trademark quips and parting repartees, lapped up by the audience. The Kolkata-born Punjabi socialite is the managing partner of consultancy firm Counselage India which he founded in 2002. He also founded the Calcutta and Delhi Debating Society, Concern for Delhi and Rotaract and Interact Clubs in Calcutta.
Suhel has an illustrious career graph with stints at nationally-acclaimed advertising agencies like Ogilvy & Mather and Equus. He was the Chairperson of National Marketing Committee of CII and FICCI for 2010-11. He also chaired the CII Marketing Summits from 2005-2010. Apart from being an eminent speaker, Suhel motivated readers with his influential columns in Financial Times, Business India, Hindustan Times, Indian Express, The Telegraph and many others.
He wrote a book on Calcutta with co-authors Kushwant Singh and R K Laxman. At the session, Suhel Seth also revealed through anecdotes the working styles and countenance of big corporate barons like Mukesh Ambani, Ratan Tata and Anand Mahindra.
